By submitting an order or payment, you acknowledge these Terms and Conditions, the Return and Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and lawful purchase
You are responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to your purchase, possession, receipt, transportation, and use of any product. You must provide accurate information and be legally eligible to purchase and possess every item ordered.
Off Grid Armory may refuse or cancel an order when necessary to comply with law, licensing requirements, payment rules, inventory availability, fraud prevention, or store policy.
Firearms, suppressors, and regulated items
Firearms and other regulated items are transferred only after all required identification, forms, background checks, waiting periods, approvals, and transfer requirements have been satisfied.
Firearms shipped to another location must be delivered to an eligible Federal Firearms Licensee. Suppressors and other NFA items require the applicable FFL/SOT and federal transfer process. Payment does not guarantee that a transfer will be approved or completed.
Orders, inventory, and pricing
An order confirmation acknowledges that a request was received; it is not a guarantee of acceptance or availability. Inventory is subject to prior sale. Off Grid Armory verifies product availability and current pricing before completing an online charge.
If an item is unavailable or a material pricing error prevents fulfillment, Off Grid Armory may cancel the affected order and return the amount collected for that item.
Payment, tax, shipping, and fees
Applicable prices, sales tax, shipping charges, and fees are displayed during checkout. A 3% card processing fee applies to purchases paid by credit card and is included in the total shown before payment is submitted.
Online card transactions are processed through Authorize.Net. See the Secure Checkout Statement for details.
All sales are as-is and final
All retail sales are made as-is and are final. Off Grid Armory does not accept ordinary returns, exchanges, or buyer-remorse cancellations, except when required by applicable law.
If a lawful transfer cannot be completed because the purchaser is denied, Off Grid Armory will retain or charge the applicable fee on the affected product transaction. The item will not be transferred. See the Return and Refund Policy for the complete rule.
Product condition and warranties
Product descriptions and photographs identify the item offered. Used merchandise may show normal wear consistent with its description and is sold in its stated condition. Any manufacturer warranty is governed by the manufacturer’s terms and does not create a general right of return to Off Grid Armory.
Customer information and communications
You agree that the contact, billing, shipping, and transfer information you provide is complete and accurate. Off Grid Armory may contact you about payment, inventory, FFL/SOT selection, compliance requirements, pickup, shipping, and order status.

Website use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or inventory systems, submit fraudulent payment information, or use the website in violation of law. Website content may not be commercially reused without permission.
Limitation and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Off Grid Armory is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use, shipping delays, third-party services, or a purchaser’s unlawful or improper use of a product.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Minnesota. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
Changes and contact
Off Grid Armory may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. The terms displayed when an order is submitted govern that transaction.
