Off Grid Armory does not store complete payment-card numbers or CVVs. Card details are sent directly to Authorize.Net for tokenization.
Information we collect
- Account and contact information: name, email address, phone number, authentication records, and communication preferences.
- Order and fulfillment information: products, quantities, billing and shipping details, selected FFL/SOT information, notes, tax location, and order status.
- Payment records: Authorize.Net payment token, transaction identifier, approval or decline status, card type, and limited masked account information such as the last four digits. Complete card numbers and CVVs are not stored by Off Grid Armory.
- Device and security information: IP address, browser and device details, timestamps, diagnostic events, and activity used to protect accounts, payments, inventory, and the website.
- Communications: messages, support requests, receipt delivery status, and marketing consent when voluntarily provided.
How information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts; process payments; verify inventory and pricing; calculate tax, shipping, and disclosed fees; coordinate FFL/SOT transfers; communicate about orders; send receipts; prevent fraud and misuse; maintain required business records; improve the website; and comply with legal, regulatory, licensing, and payment-network obligations.
Payment information
Card information entered at checkout is transmitted from the customer’s browser directly to Authorize.Net using Accept.js. Authorize.Net exchanges the card data for a temporary payment token used to request the transaction. Off Grid Armory’s website server does not receive or store the complete card number or CVV.

Service providers and disclosures
Information may be disclosed as reasonably necessary to service providers that support the transaction and website, including Authorize.Net for payment processing; Cloudflare for hosting and security; Supabase for account and order data; email delivery and monitoring providers; carriers; and the FFL/SOT involved in a regulated transfer.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, lawful process, regulators, payment networks, financial institutions, licensing authorities, or law enforcement; to prevent fraud or protect rights and safety; or in connection with a lawful business transfer.
Sale of personal information
Off Grid Armory does not sell personal information for money. The retail website does not use personal information for third-party targeted advertising. Service providers may process information only for the operational, security, communication, payment, and compliance purposes described in this policy.
Cookies and local storage
The website may use browser storage, cookies, and similar technology for authentication, security, age acknowledgement, cart contents, saved items, preferences, recently viewed items, and basic performance or diagnostic measurement. Disabling these features may prevent account or checkout functions from working correctly.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for transactions, customer service, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, licensing and recordkeeping obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements.
Off Grid Armory uses administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including HTTPS, restricted access, security headers, tokenized card processing, server-side transaction verification, and protected service credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to or correction of contact and account information, unsubscribe from marketing communications, or ask a privacy question by contacting Off Grid Armory. Some records cannot be deleted when retention is required for legal, licensing, payment, fraud-prevention, tax, or business-record purposes.
Age and third-party websites
The retail website is intended for adults who may lawfully view and purchase the products offered. Links to third-party websites are governed by those parties’ own privacy practices.
